Siddhi means perfection. Goddess Siddhidatri has four hands, and wields a gada (mace) and chakra (wheel) in her right hands had a shakha (conch) and lotus in her left hands. She rides a tiger, and is known to be a perfectionist. She governs planet Ketu. Devi can grant 18 types of Sindhis that humans desire for their betterment. In addition she can also grant 26 other types of wishes.
It is said that when Lord Rudra (Shiva) worshipped the Adi Shakti or energy, she appeared in the form of Goddess Siddhidatri.
